How do I clean a MacBook Air keyboard for COVID19?

How do I clean a MacBook Air keyboard for COVID19? I powered off the MacBook for cleaning with a disinfectant wipe. The MacBook re-starts when multiple keys are pressed, with or without the disinfectant wipe. The MacBook Air restarts when the keys are wiped with a dry microfiber towel.

(Pressurized air is not sufficient for COVID19 disinfectant purposes.)

To clean your MBA's keyboard, read How to clean your Apple products.

Don't permit any liquid to enter the keyboard. That would cause damage whether it's powered up or not.
