Resetting Network Settings without losing info
How do I do a network reset without losing my current WiFi info & passwords? All I want to do is reconnect a device on Bluetooth that I asked to forget in error

You don't. Resetting the network settings will erase all current wifi and bluetooth settings.
If you accidentally forgot a device, all you have to do is put the device into pairing (discoverable) mode, open the bluetooth settings on your phone, and re-pair it.
