If I remove my IPhone 6 device with cash on my Apple Pay, Will it transfer to my new device when I set up Apple Pay?
I want to know if I remove my Apple ID from my iPhone 6 (old device) will it transfer over to my new device ?

It should as long as you sign in using the same Apple ID. The funds are tied to the ID, not the device.
