У меня пропали все контакты на телефоне сегодня утром что делать? Остались только контакты на Sim карте

All my contacts from the phone were missed because of gmale synchronization. My previous phone was sumsung and when I have bought iPhone I did synchronization in Gmail. Then I delete all my information from sumsung and present it to my relatives. They entered the internet and all my data and contacts have mist from iPhone
