Syncing Apple Music

My family and I have just upgraded our phones and non of our music has gone to the new phones. Everything has been backed up, I have logged in and out of Apple Music and all other apps, etc have moved across.

I have followed guidelines on Apples website and still nothing has changed. Please help!!
