Upgraded phone and now ECG app has disappeared

Upgraded from a 7+ to a 11 Pro Max. Have a series 5 watch that worked fine with my old phone and had the ECG app. Since upgrading my phone and pairing it to my watch, the app has disappeared. It's not showing in the App Store on the phone or watch. It's not showing in my health app on my phone to let me set it up. (I'm way over 22 and in the US.) Have tried resetting and repairing multiple times. All IOS are up to date. What am I missing?

Thanks for asking about the new ECG feature.

Check here for availability in your region: ECG

ECG requires the current non-beta version of iOS and watchOS. For additional help with the ECG feature on your Apple Watch, take a look at these articles.

Have you checked your profile in the health app on the phone to check you've entered your correct height, age, weight, and gender etc.

It's also in the watch app on the phone in health/health profile.
