ALLOW ACCESS TO PHOTOS OPTION MISSING

Its almost been a month since the issue started, the problem is that the option which lets me give access to photos to other apps is missing. It is very difficult as i can not give access to photos to apps like snapchat, instagram and google photos etc........ I am attaching the photos of my problem.


I AM HOPING TO RECEIVE HELP AT THE EARLIEST.....THAK YOU

Snapchat --> Open Snapchat > Tap your Profile (Top LHS) > Tap Cogged Wheel (Settings) > Tap Memories > Import Snaps from Camera Roll [Allow]

Instagram --> Open Instagram > Tap your Profile (Bottom RHS) > Tapp three bars (Hamburger icon) > Tap Cogged Wheel (Settings) > Privacy > Story > Save To Camera Roll [Enable]
