How do I get my old pictures and video off my iPad if I can’t get in to the product. But I use the same Apple ID but I don’t have nothing from my ipad on my phone

If you cannot access the iPad with your passcode, then you’ll need to follow this process to recover access. The procedure will unavoidably erase the device:

You are entirely reliant upon your iCloud or iTunes backup - this being used to restore your data to your iPad.
If you haven’t taken the precaution to enable backup of the iPad, any locally stored data is now lost.

If you want to wipe everything on the iPad, restoring will work, especially if you don’t know the passcode and don’t want to delete everything manually. It will also reset your passcode. Killing 3 birds with one stone.
To restore, connect your iPad into your computer, launch iTunes and hit restore iPad. WARNING: you will lose EVERYTHING in the device.
