User Manual for iphone SE 2020

Apple user manuals are in "eBook" format and they are free.

You can download and manage them on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac using these instructions:--> Read books and more with Apple Books - Apple Support

If you want them on your Windows PC, you need an app that can act as "eBook reader" (there are many of them in Internet).

Apple does not have separate manuals for each iPhone model. Instead there is a general manual for each operating system version, which identifies device-specific differences when appropriate.
