Changing Keynote display screen

Hi-this may seem backwards, but how can I have my presenter view show up on the screen and see the presentation on my mac? I have actually had this mess up before and needed to switch it but for a certain project, I need to switch it back.

Problems with Keynote presenter mode I am using Keynote 12.2 on a MBP. I want presenter mode to show up on my laptop and NOT my optoma projector but that doesn't happen anymore. Presenter mode is on both screens or neither. This used to be easy to accomplish. What's going on? Very annoying to not be able to see what the next slide is but I can't seem to find a fix. Any help?

Presenter view Can I be in presenter mode on my new MacBook Air (2020) and just have the current slide showing on the external monitor? I can do this in PowerPoint but I’d rather use Keynote.

Display Trouble Can anyone help with my seemingly basic question, please? I’m new to Keynote, and have compiled a basic presentation on 15 slides. My trouble is that when I plug my Mac into my smart TV via HDMI adapter and play, both the TV and Mac screen show the presentation; I really want my Mac to show presenter view so that I can see the presenter notes etc. I’ve searched on YouTube and other help resources but cannot find the answer; they all seem to imply that by default the slideshow should show on the tv screen, and the presenter view should be on the Mac, but this is just not happening. I’d really appreciate any help in solving this. Many thanks in advance.

Oh gosh-when in the presentation, simply press x...easy
