International Warranty on MacBooks?

Hi!

I’m planning on going to the US in the summer(we shall see if it actually happens!), while I’m there I’m thinking about buying a MacBook Pro while there, my only concern is is would my MacBook Pro bought in the US still be under warranty in Ireland/UK, can I still get it repaired/replaced etc in Ireland?

Also can I buy Apple Care for my MacBook in Ireland for my MacBook bought in US?
