There is no such thing as an iTunes Family Plan.
You can be referring to Family Sharing: Family Sharing - Apple
The Apple Music Family Subscrription (which requires Family Sharing be turned on): Get an Apple Music family subscription - Apple Support
Or something else? Please explain.
