Can I save in a folder instead of together with my pictures. I really don't want to mix those things.

If right after you take the screenshot, tap on the thumbnail like you were going to edit it. When you tap Done, it gives you the option to save to Photos or Files.

Given the way that iOS handles files, at this point it is not an option. The ability to save to Files has just recently arrived, we are lucky that it has happened at this point. But I would provide feedback to Apple that you would like to see a change. Go to Feedback - iPhone - Apple and explain your thoughts.

Thanks, I may have omitted some details. I can save to files, but I have to click the thumbnail and edit, click save to files and choose the same folder, and then deleting the screenshot so it doesn't save also to photos. Every time, for every single screen shot. I just need to replace the default location. So by take the screenshot it goes to my screenshot folder on iCloud (the same way I do on my Mac). Does this make sense? Is there a way?
Thanks. The only thing is I have to do it every single time. If I do nothing it goes to photos. I would love to save that preference. So When I choose the folder in files it becomes the new default.
