I have forgotten what my password is for my Apple ID on my iPhone 5c but I need to change the full Apple ID. it also says that my account has been locked for some reason?
I am trying to help my grandparents as they made the account.

If you forgot the passcode for an Apple ID, you need to recover it. If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
After that, you can go in and change the Apple ID, if that ID has already been created, you can sign into it.

it will not let me open the password and security tab it just asked for my Apple ID password which I don't know
it says the account has been locked for security reasons
