why is my name grayed out in Settings

Screen Time restriction is active on your iPhone and that is why your name is inaccessible.

Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Contents & Restrictions ➔ Account Changes - Set this to ALLOW.

When I go to settings - screen time - contents & restrictions - account changes it ask for a 4 digit passcode which i do not remember setting up. What do i do to change this password or remove it?

Is there a way to set up content restrictions AND still have the ID not get grayed out? I'm trying to set up restrictions for my 9 year olds iPad but every time I turn that feature on, it disables her Apple ID and won't allow FaceTime or iMessage to work.
