Unable to access chat support, says it’s 24/7.
iPhone 8+ showing storage full, 31GB is other storage??? Any ideas? No apps are open, I just deleted 2 large apps that I never wanted to delete..... Hacker???

A very large Other is an indication of storage corruption. Back up the phone, then restore the backup to clear it.
