Can you please elaborate more on your question?
Well after I updated my iPad to iPadOS 13.4.1 I came back and it was just missing the Touch ID and passcode thing I I can’t do anything about it now, do you know how to fix it?

Can’t possibly, COVID-19
I have also reseted all settings
