Ipad not offering to save passwords

My iPad mini 5 does not offer to save new passwords. I have it all turned on in the settings but it never prompts me like my previous iPad did. Anyone else had this problem and solved it?

Actually, despite that, I'm still not being prompted to have passwords saved. 🙄
