Does magnet from a sleeve affect your MacBook?

Hi.. I know you guys might get this question a lot but.. please bare with me.

I just bought a sleeve for my MacBook Pro from Native Union and there's a magnet tab attached at the end of it. (I guess it's to keep the sleeve shut)

So I'm not sure whether it could have any effect on my Mac or not ?
