for some reason my order does not appear when I log in with my ID, so I have search for it using tracking number and when I tried adding it to my apple ID I follow the step and when I get to ''add your number'' it wouldn't accept my phone number and i'm 100% it is correct. my phone number is 11 digits and it's asking for 12 digits
Are you adding the country code, such as 1or 01 if in the US? If necessary, use the Need more help number at the bottom of your screen shot.

no I am not using using country code, however I tried adding it but again it doesn't allow more than 12 digits
I did call them but they said there’s nothing they can do :(
Are you using any - or ()? Anything besides digits?
