Location

How do you change what town or city your MacBook Air thinks it's in? It is set to the right city in the Time zone settings.

macOS Mojave 10.14.6

Have also looked at location settings and it is checked.

If it is using Location Services and finds you somewhere else, then it is confused by the nearby WiFi access points.

Did you move, recently?

Does Maps show your location correctly?
