Question: TouchIDnot working with one specific when working with others
Hi all
I use touchID as much as possible as it is very convenient. I use it with several applications, among them HSBC personal online banking, and it is working fine.
I want to use it also with HSBC business online banking and it doesn't work with this app. When I try to enable it, it says 'TouchID not enabled. We were unable to enable your touchID details. Please try again'.
Of course I called HSBC support but they couldn't help as, they said, the problem comes from the phone.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still the same problem.
Could anyone help me? My iphone is a brand new one, the new SE iphone.
