Iphone password incorrectly entered multiple times by kid and got locked

Hi,

My old iphone-5S got locked and contact iTunes appearing as multiple times password was incoorectly entered by my kid. This iphone is rarely used by myself and i want to restore it.

I remember my icloud details and it is active in my PC.

Please guide.
