need to know how to download netflix on my old ipad 1 it was on there and use to give the option to download an older version but not no more once i restored it i need it back

You cannot. Nexflix is no longer providing the older version to be downloaded. That is a decision on their part, not Apple's.

This is no longer possible and has not been possible since early 2019.
