I already tried restarting the iPhone and the watch and it didn’t work. I tried deleting the app and downloading it again. So far nothing I can think of works and it was working perfectly fine before the update.

It has been stuck with this screen all day yesterday and all night. In the app it says that it’s connecting which is why I left it alone but it has literally been way too long for it to be still just connecting.

I tried doing that and it still not working. I tried pairing it to a different device and it wasn’t working either.
