Question: Ipad frozed when updating
I tried to update my Ipad mini 2 using my PC, at half of the update, an error message apeared (14). Now the Ipad won't turn on. When I try to turn it on, the apple logo apears for just 10 seconds and then it goes black again. My computer does not recoginzes it.
I want to recover the fotos that I have in the Ipad, but I do not have a backup.
Please help me!
