Hey I can’t rename my AirPods 2 and I’ve reset both the iPhone and AirPods multiple times

Why can’t I rename or access my AirPods personalization menu

AirPods I was trying to rename my AirPods but the section to rename it wasn’t there so I pressed forget this device and I tried reconnecting my AirPods again but it kept coming up as my friends AirPods name. Can you tell me why it keeps doing that?

Hello,

Try updating to iOS 13.4.1 to see if it resolves your problem.

Settings > General > Software Update
