Question: My computer screams at me every quarter hour and I've about had it
Ok so, I have the announce the time setting on, but whenever it does it, it yells at me. It didn't do this before and I don't know what I did to increase the volume so much, but it about scares me out of my skin. I've tried:
- decreasing the system volume
- then I can't hear my work.
- lowering the alert volume
- does absolutely nothing.
- lowering the voice's volume
- took the voice from screaming at me to shouting loudly.
- I have lowered my EQ app's system volume and overall volume
- I'm not even sure if that works
Bottom line: I'm stuck and I don't want to turn off the feature because I find it quite helpful, but if my computer jump-scares me one more time, I'm going to lose it and throw her across the room.
