You will have to use your home computer with iTunes to erase your phone following the directions in this link --> If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

Hopefully, you've been backing your phone. If you have, you can restore your phone from backup after you erase and get back in. If you have not backed up your phone, your data is gone.
