how can I recover contacts and file on my iPhone 7, I signed up my iCloud on my phone but am unable to see the contacts and notes

Do you have a backup of the contents of your phone on a computer?
Also try signing into iCloud using a web browser and see if you can still your contacts there
Nop, I don’t have the back up on my computer
Were you able to check iCloud on a browser?
