Apple pay not registering card

Hey everyone, anyone having any issues with Apple Pay and can give me a hand on what to do?

I can add cards to apple pay on my other devices but for some reason on my iPhone I cannot seem to do it.

It keeps saying that it cannot contact Apple Pay despite being apple to add it on my MacBook Pro.

I've contacted the banks and they said its not coming from there end.
