AirPods charged overnight (wirelessly), now it won’t light up

I’ve been using Mophie wireless charging pad to charge my AirPods Pro and there has been no problem so far (for about a month), but recently I charged it overnight and when I tried connecting it to my device the case won’t light up? Pressed the button at the back, opened up the case, took out the AirPods and all but the case still won’t light up. It was kinda hot when I removed it from the pad. Even if the case wasn’t fully charged the AirPods should’ve been working bc it had some battery left... what should I do to resolve this problem? Are they damaged?

Hello,

"Are they damaged?" Hmm, probably not.

Try charging them with a cable:

If your AirPods won’t charge

Then, perform a full reset:

Reset your AirPods

Good luck.
