can i listen to apple music on apple watch while out for a run wothout cellular

I want to get the Apple Watch 3 but I’m with Three network on iPhone and that isn’t compatible for the cellular options on cellular watch, can I listen to music on Apple Watch while outside for a run without cellular or WiFi? Can u save songs onto the watch so I don’t have to carry my iPhone too?
