Where to find repair history without case ID

I believe your best bet is to contact the third party service provider and ask for a copy of your repairs. I don't believe Apple keeps track of those.

Remind yourself to get a copy when you pick up your device next time - I always have them email one or I insist on a paper copy, makes life easier if/when needed.
