Where to find repair history without case ID
Hey guys,
I'd like to check my repair history however I don't really have the case ID in my email inbox. I don't know whether it was because I had my mbp repaired at a local authorised service provider instead of the genius bar ( when I had it repaired my mbp was still in warranty). I did receive some receipt but I no longer keep it. I'm wondering whether Apple will keep it in its system.
I checked 'recent activity' but only found only chat info (I consulted the online support recently). I also refer to this thread (https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6219598) but failed to open my support profile ( I think this is becoz the thread was too out dated in 2014)
Could anyone help? How could I check my repair history without a case ID?
