My watch is no longer communicating with my phone after I downloaded the latest software for my watch

Do you mean it's not pairing,not updating?.
It’s not pairing since I downloaded the latest software update, Apple Watch is series 4 software 5.2.1, phone is iPhone 7 software iOS 13.4.1.
