pagination continuation
The "begin from" pagination prompt has disappeared from Pages 10.0. I can't begin a new section with a specific page number. What happened?

In Thumbnail view, click on the section thumbnail and the right panel will switch to the familiar Section panel. Click again in the document body to switch back to the previously displayed right panel.
