TeamViewer does not work on iPad 10.2 v7 from PC or iPad v6

I am using an iPad 10.2 7th generation. I have installed TeamViewer current version. My iPad is using the current version of iOS. I have tried using both PC and my iPad v 6 with TeamViewer installed (current version). I have a login for all devices. I can see when my v7 ipad is online and logged in, but when sending an invitation from either my iPad v6 or Windows PC to access the iPad v7, the invitation to accept never appears on the iPad v7. Any ideas?


I have also tried Google and other remote apps, so I wonder if there’s a setting on the iPad v7 that’s misconfigured. I do have TeamViewer on the Control Center with an option to start broadcasting.
