i unpaired my apple watch from my phone and now i cant pair it again

so basically i unpaired my phone from my apple watch and when i tried to pair it again it doesnt work, it brings up something about an activation lock and when i enter the apple id and pass i used to set it up it just says it cant use that email to activate it so im not sure what to do
