Videos won’t play in any app after update

I have just done the most recent update and now videos will not play in any app. YouTube videos just have a blank black screen, I can hear the audio but can’t see any videos. This is the same watching it on any app, google, safari, YouTube etc...

I have tried deleting and reinstalling the apps and restarting my phone. Neither works.
