Connected multiple phones to same iCloud. Went from 1000 contacts to almost none. No archive on iCloud. Old old archive on iTunes and wouldn’t be feasible to restore.
how do I get them back?

They can't be recovered .
contacts are deleted from iphone and icloud. there are no archives
