ive been able to validate my podcast and then submit it fine but itunes keep sending emails back saying "An error was encountered while trying to add your feed, [ https://chechats.libsyn.com/rss ]." and im super confused what else i have to do?

Your artwork is a little on the big side file size that is - it is over 500 kb - please update your show level artwork to meets ALL of these specs:
1,400 x 1,400 pixels min to 3,000 x 3,000 pixels max - SQUARE
.jpg or .png
RGB
AND
<500 kb file size
NOTE per Apple - do not have any text in the lower 15% of the image
And once your artwork is per the above - go ahead and submit again.

If you have a problem please start your own thread rather than tacking onto someone else's. If you are having difficulty submitting your feed it's because there is a technical error in it. If you start your own thread and post your feed URL I can have a look at it and see whether I can identify a problem. Posting in the way you have above won't get you anywhere.
Your best bet would be to contact Libsyn Support.
