Hey there Aimee_Phillips19,

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. I understand you’re having an issue with your Activity history. I’ll be happy to help with this.

If previous workouts and closed rings are disappearing, I would force close the Activity app on your iPhone:

How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Then restart it and your Apple Watch:

Restart your iPhone

Check your Activity history once more and see if the issue is resolved:

Track daily activity with Apple Watch

If you still have issues, go through the steps under Get help from the following article:

Earn Activity awards using your Apple Watch

Regards.

Hey Aimee_Phillips19,

Thanks for going through those steps and providing those details. The next step to take would be to unpair your Apple Watch and iPhone using the steps from the following link. This will create a backup of your watch data that should install that when you set them back up:

Unpair and erase your Apple Watch

Once you’ve done that, use the steps here to set up your watch and iPhone:

Set up your Apple Watch

If you need any hep restoring your backup, refer to this link:

Restore Apple Watch from a backup

Check if your Activity data is working as expected after this.

Take care.
