Problems making iCoud storage payments

Hi,


I have received the message that my payment has failed. Not a surprise really as I have recently moved countries and changed my banking and credit arrangements. I have tried to change my country and payment card to reflect my new details but this is being rejected as i have current subscriptions. I only have one subscription which is paid annually in advance and expires in February 2021. So the payment is made, and there is no further payment to collect.


So I cannot change my country, and so I cannot change my payment details. 'Frustrating' doesn't adequately cover it! How can I fix this please? Many thanks.

Contact iTunes Support to see if they can cancel the subscription, which should allow you to change countries. See the Apple Support articles below for contact information.

Changing your Apple ID country or region https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201389. See this heading especially What to do before you change your country or region.

 

·      Spend any store credit remaining on your Apple ID. Learn what to do if your remaining store credit is less than the cost of a single item.

·      Cancel any subscriptions, including Apple Music, and wait until the end of the subscription period. 

·      Wait for any memberships, pre-ordersmovie rentals, or Season Passes to complete, and wait for any pending store credit refunds to process.

·      Make sure that you have a payment method for your new country or region.

·      Redownload your apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books on any devices that you might use to play or read them in the future. That's because some types of content might not be available in your new country or region. (Learn what types of content and services are available in your new country or region.)
