Order History Not Showing Up?...

I bought a MacBook pro 13 inch and none of my orders are showing up in my order history on my account. Why can't I see that? Is Apple having issues or something on their website right now? Seen other people having glitches for no reason trying to use Airdrop so I wonder if Apple is having issues all around on their servers?

Update: I just saw a post from yesterday indicating that, per an Apple tech, Apple is conducting major maintenance and that many services are down. The instruction given was to "try again tomorrow ... [and] maybe the [needed] server will be back online.
