Do you use syncing of Messages in iCloud? If YES then the message has been deleted and cannot be retrieved.

If you do NOT sync Messages in iCloud AND backup your iPhone on iCloud then you can restore your iPhone from that backup file IF that message was deleted after the backup date and time.
