Does Apple Watch 5 have interpretations of the ECG?

No but you doctor can do so. It will give you warning messages or indicate normal sinus rhythm.

• The iPhone must have iOS 12.1.1 or later installed
• The Apple Watch must have watchOS 5.1.2 or later installed
