Nah it’s on the settings, or something, i still don’t know after chatting with support for 30 min, im starting to get mail but i had to delete all my photos and mail and I may have lost some incoming (important) email, just because that cloud thing isn’t updated for the dude that got 200 gig phone.

ultimately, how do I get my mail, and not be concerned by that anymore, without ever been harassed for paying some fake service cloud thigny?

I say fake, because I thought the price of the phone would make these kind of bigotry not try to hassle me.

And calling it shouldn’t prevent me from receiving mail.

having that much space on my phone shouldn’t make that possible.

iCloud email is IMAP email. Like all IMAP email services, the mail is kept on the email server, not your device. And that IMAP iCloud server space counts against your iCloud total storage allotment. So if your free 5Gb iCloud space is full, yes, your mail gets blocked. You can subscribe to 50Gb of iCloud storage for $0.99 per month.
