Crack around screen edge in Israel

Could you please help me with the following issue:

I bought Apple Watch 3 in Israel in March (in official Apple reseller called iStore). Few days ago a crack formed along the rounded edge of the screen without any reason/actions from my side. Photo attached:

As I read in this article: https://support.apple.com/en-il/screen-replacement-program-apple-watch-series-2-3 Apple provides screen replacement in such cases. But there is no Apple Store in Israel, only official resellers, so I talked to iStore. Nevertheless they claim that they don’t repair Apple Watch. What should I do? Should I talk to iDigital Store which has the only authorized service center in Israel? Who is obligatory to provide screen replacement of Apple Watch in such cases in Israel?
