how can i delete apps from my purchased history? This is really very important for a user to have this option.
Apple should really look into this , enabling an option for users to remove this app. This is really unfair .

The ability to delete an app from your purchase history is not an option. You can, however, hide purchases in the history. You can provide feedback to Apple about this if you like, Feedback - iPhone - Apple
Understand, that you purchase history is everything that you have purchased with your Apple ID. You cannot change that you purchased something.

Since they are selling software licenses on behalf of third party app developers, consumer law requires them to keep a complete record of all your purchases. They couldn’t allow you to delete them even if they agreed with your point of view.
BTW, you cannot delete purchase history items from any online seller of third party software licenses (e.g. as in the Sony Store, or the MS Store,, Google Play Store, etc) because the same law applies to every seller of third party perpetual software licenses.

Right. Why don’t you call your bank and ask them to delete charges from your credit card history? Or checks you have written from your bank account. Your Apple account is the same concept. Like your credit card and your bank account it is a legal document. It can’t be changed.

One of my apps (Friday's) has been acting up lately. Fridays suggested that I delete it and reinstall. Unfortunetly, it won't completely delete, since when I go to reinstall, it comes from the cloud. Any thoughts or ideas on what I could do ?
It does not come from YOUR cloud. It comes from the App Store cloud, and it is a clean copy. But when you delete an app you should restart your phone before reinstalling it. This clears out the phone’s “memory” of the app content.
The App Store is “in the cloud” in that it is an online virtual store. But it also has nothing to do with Apple’s consumer online iiCoud service nor your personal iCloud storage. Apps live in the App Store only and it is the only source to install an app from. You have a license to use an app, but don’t ever get to keep a copy of the app installer bundle. You download and install that from the App Store.
Every time you delete an app and reinstall it from the App Store you’re doing a clean install of the app.
