iphone 7 not charging but showing the batter

My iphone 7 plus has been dead for some week. I put it on the charger and the battery pops up indicating its charging. I left it on the charger all night and it still isnt on. What can i do?

  1. Try and Force ReStart Your iPhone as instructed in this article by Apple ➔ How to Force ReStart your iPhone. If that does not work then -
  2. Follow the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ If your iPhone is Non-Responsive or Frozen and see if that helps.
  3. If none of the above works then please contact ➔ Apple Support
